Refund Policy

1. Overview

Styled Together offers curated home décor bundles and individual styling pieces. Each item is selected with care, and many pieces are delicate or limited in quantity. Because of this, we do not offer change‑of‑mind returns. Our Antique and one-off bundles have unique pieces that cannot be replaced or replicated. Because of their limited nature, all sales of antique bundles are final.

This policy outlines when a refund or replacement may be available under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change‑of‑Mind Returns & Bundle Modifications

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or personal preference. Styled Together bundles are intentionally curated, and we are unable to split, swap, or modify the items within a set. However, customers are welcome to add additional items to complement their bundle. These additions do not alter the curated set itself but allow you to personalise your order if desired.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.

Quality Assurance Before Shipping

Every Styled Together order goes through a careful, hands‑on quality check before it leaves our studio. Each item is inspected — and then double‑checked — for accuracy, condition, and presentation to ensure it matches exactly what you selected. Because of this thorough process, the chance of an incorrect or faulty item being sent is extremely low. If something does arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist promptly.

We will require the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

4. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

5. Returns Process (if approved)

If a return is required:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

  • Return instructions will be provided once your claim is approved

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Candles

  • Diffusers

  • Food‑related items

  • Any item that has been used or altered

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow standard bank processing times for the funds to appear.
