Styled Together ships Australia‑wide using trusted courier partners. Each order is packed with care to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully presented. This policy outlines our shipping timeframes, processes, and what to expect once your order is on its way.
2. Processing Times
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, or when handling delicate or antique bundles, processing may take slightly longer — but we will always prioritise quality and safe packaging.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Bundle Dispatch Timeframes
All Styled Together bundles are curated with care, and some require additional preparation before shipping. Dispatch can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of individual items and whether cushion covers need to be made. We will always prepare your bundle as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that defines our brand.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. As a guide:
Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–10 business days
Remote locations: May take longer
These timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors are outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Larger bundles or fragile items may require specialised packaging or courier services to ensure safe delivery.
5. Delivery Address & Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Styled Together is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realise you’ve made an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet shipped.
6. Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Some smaller or specialty items may be sent without tracking, depending on the service used.
7. Packaging & Fragile Items
Every order is packed with care using protective materials suitable for delicate décor pieces. Antique bundles and fragile items receive additional padding and secure wrapping to ensure they arrive safely.
8. Missed Deliveries & Re‑Delivery
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:
Leave the parcel in a safe place
Redirect it to a collection point
Attempt re‑delivery
Any re‑delivery fees charged by the courier are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier. While we will always help where possible, Styled Together is not responsible for delays or loss caused by third‑party carriers.
